Timely, always updating status, and extremely quick to respond to inquiries. She navigated professionally and quickly through one Administrative "hiccup"--not caused by Michelle. Michele was the best agent I have ever worked with. We were relocating, so we made two different trips to the Pensacola area, and both times she drove us around to selected properties she had researched. She managed a very methodical and organized search. We put offers on two properties, but didn't get either one. After our second trip, we kept searching from home and found what appeared to be a really good prospect. Michele drove an hour to get to it the next day (on a weekend), and did a video chat with us. We had enough faith in her, knowing she knew exactly what we were looking for, that we put an offer on the home that day without physically seeing it. Our offer was accepted! She went back for the inspection, and then again to show us some issues after we received the inspection report. She was very involved in helping resolve a title issue. We are now in the home and couldn't be more pleased with the support we got from Michele!

Michele Tucker not only made herself available, but really went above and beyond the call of duty to patiently show us properties in two different towns on two different trips we planned to hunt for houses.
